I work on developing, mapping and documenting sales-related processes, monthly control of the Sales/Marketing Forecast (planned vs. realized), reviewing new contracts with clients, researching and analyzing the market for new products and potential clients, automating tasks, developing dashboards, controlling opportunities through Salesforce, creating marketing materials according to global guidelines, strengthening branding and supporting the sales team.

Responsible for financial forecasting, revenue and monthly cost analysis for global and local clients with telecommunications services. I also worked on mapping the entire delivery process of a telecommunications project, creating a financial model for monthly projections, releasing invoices and documentation for the implementation of a new ERP/BPO in Brazil and BPO in Argentina.

Creation and control of orders (capex/opex); review of contracts with suppliers for new services; posting invoices in SAP, disputing invoices with suppliers and interacting with the project team about the start/cancellation of services.

I worked on the delivery and monitoring of global telecom projects in Brazil and Argentina from start to finish, responsible for opening purchase orders to contract new link services / delivering equipment and interfacing between suppliers and customers until the service was activated.

Responsible for releasing services in accordance with the contracted residential/automotive policy (Inbound callings); price negotiation; support to service providers and assistance in other service platforms (chat, monitoring)
