I have a diverse and continuous career within the Grupo Loja do Mecânico, where I began in December 2022, focusing on e-commerce and the app. Since June 2023, I have expanded my role to include Revista O Mecânico. Currently, I am dedicated to Loja do Mecânico's internal systems, especially within the PDV and Financial/Backoffice squads, while also continuing my work on the LDM app and e-commerce.Main Activities and Responsibilities:• Customer Experience Design and Optimization: Continuously improving the user journey in both Loja do Mecânico and Revista O Mecânico.• Prototype Creation: Developing high and low-fidelity prototypes for innovative solutions.• Visual Design Management: Coordinating the entire visual design cycle, from concept to handoff to the technology team.• Functionality Validation: Ensuring alignment between developed features and proposed designs, meeting user expectations.• Usability Research and Testing: Conducting studies and tests to gather valuable user insights.• Feedback Collection: Gathering and analyzing internal and external feedback to identify optimization needs.My integrated experience at Loja do Mecânico and Revista O Mecânico provides a strategic and practical perspective, contributing to continuous product and service innovations across the group.

I had the oportunity to work with the engineering team, actively participating in the development of a complete line of medical devices, being responsible for:• Development of the entire visual identity and concept of the new device lines;• Elaboration of the visual interface of the operating systems;• Low-fidelity prototypes, applying information architecture and usability principles.• High-fidelity prototypes, applying device/operating system standards.• Research and usability tests with users;• Preparation of documentation for validation of interfaces and functionalities;• Collecting internal and external feedback on launched features, identifying optimization needs;Through the efforts of the engineering sector and together with the other sectors of the company, we managed to obtain the unprecedented INMETRO Certification for one of our developed device, and in addition to developing all issues related to design, I had the opportunity to assist in the preparation of documents (Historical record, risk analysis, FMEA and project validation).

Founded in 2007, Stampa Sign operates in the visual communication market, with the development of media used by advertising, such as stickers, banners, lights, panels and boards. I worked as a designer for visual identities, logos, brand, relevant projects based on challenging themes, illustration, diagramming, among other routine creative work.

ZHF is a company that has been operating for almost 10 years in the advertising market, managing brands, planning campaigns and integrating digital communication into the environment of organizations. During the period I worked at ZHF, I was part of the creative process, being responsible for:• Design for social media;• Development of landing pages, email marketing;• Creation of materials for print media (banners, flyers, folders, e-books etc);• Elaboration of the concept and visual identity of advertising campaigns.
