Spearheaded the implementation of end-to-end testing for three applications using Cypress.io. My role encompassed the strategic planning, development, and ongoing maintenance of a robust suite of over 150 automated tests, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability.Successfully integrated the Cypress test suite into our CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions, enhancing our testing framework with on-demand test execution and parallelization to reduce our overall test execution times.Implemented Cypress-Axe for automated accessibility testing, directly identifying and rectifying critical front-end issues which ensured our compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).Managed the quality assurance for new features in each sprint, consistently logging and resolving a significant number of issues each month. This diligent effort led to a noticeable reduction in post-release defects following my assignment to the team.Successfully delivered a brown bag presentation showcasing the advantages and techniques of using Cypress in our projects.
