As the VPF I was responsible for the Association's financial administration, including overseeing the bookkeeping, ensuring that financial operations are aligned with the budget, monitoring the financial operations of JAMSA's programs and activities and managing its bank accounts. Other responsibilities included updating the Executive Board on the financial situation of the Association, at each of its meetings, producing the Associations annual financial report and providing regular interim financialreports.

As the PRO I was responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for the dissemination and promotion of SCOME and its work, public relations, developing a social media strategy, content creation, scheduling and posting content and completing monthly reports to the Executive Board.
