Totem is a non-profit startup focusing on an alternative form of mental health service called Circles. As we are in a mental health crisis, Totem is working to create a virtual support group platform based on the ancient practice of Circles as an alternative to traditional therapy. I have been responsible for the following areas in launch preparation: - User interviews and usability tests with real users who have an interest in mental health and alternative forms of therapy. - Data synthesis and analysis based on user feedback to better inform stakeholders needs, working with various individuals across multiple disciplines to timely deliver results- Trained as a "Keeper" or meeting moderator to get hands-on practice with the product, to better inform future attendees, better my own knowledge of Circling, and better inform the business needs as we progress towards launching - Conducted live Circles as a "Keeper" or meeting moderator virtually and in person to research and promote our business, allowing for feedback from attendees to better inform my research and better inform and improve Totem for the best possible VIP. - Created the Keeper training program, training individuals with an interest in circles and mental health to run their own circles through a approximately month long course

Based on real psychological data, these chats are proven to help people get closer, establish relationships and are more likely to succeed. Our team focused on the redesign of the beta B2B administration portal including:-Conducting usability tests on the beta portal, competitive and comparative analysis to research user behavior, needs, pain points to identify opportunities for target users and user journey.- Created wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, new site map, user flow, and applied iterations to create a fully functioning high fidelity prototype to hand off to the client.- Effectively worked with teams and individuals across multiple disciplines to timely deliver the results to stakeholders - Developed design systems to maintain the look and feel according to the style guide.
