- Development of virtual assistants to a variety of customers inside the Take Blip platform;- Development of APIs and full-stack solutions to integrate with other systems and platforms (e.g. CRMs, ERPs);- Conception of trackings inside the conversational flow to better understand users' behavior;- Led the design and development of virtual assistants to impact customers such as Gupy (HR), Flash (Corporate benefits) & Embracon (financing solutions);

- Data analysis on information collected from social media posts, blogs and news websites to generate insights for clients;- Refining of language detection solutions;- Sentiment and personality analysis, focused on short-sized messages such as tweets and customer service;- Personalized pre-analysis and reports for client prospection;- API integration from data mined by the platform with third party applications (such as Power BI);

- Analysis and customer risk profile modeling based on information provided by credit bureaus;- Conception, design and maintenance of automatic credit decision systems;- Development of analytical studies and impact analysis to support changes in decision trees;- ‌Create regular performance monitoring reports in LatAm countries;- Dashboards about internal KPIs, customer profile and ratings (using both Excel and Power BI)

Within the FERAL Simulation Framework project, my main tasks were in the scope of:- Development of web interfaces to set up different simulation scenarios;- Unit tests for project verification;- Set up of Continuous Integration / Continuous Development pipelines;- Tests about ANKI Overdrive's car performance on track;

Along my position as CFO, I acted in:- Management of the different company areas;- Defining strategic goals on projects, performance and revenue;- Relationship with clients;Also, I was member of the FEJERS (Junior Enterprise's Federation of the State of Rio Grande do Sul) council.
