My role requires building and mentoring teams of software engineers spanning from QA and Devops to overall Platform and NLP Development. As a member of the executive team I establish technical vision and assist in the creation of our product vision. I am a big believer in process, autonomy within a big box, and setting expectations and enabling the accomplishment of said expectations. At Halosight I inherently live the principles of radical candor and make sure all things are discussed with transparency.I stay close to active development by architecting cloud based solutions utilizing Kubernetes, GraalVM (Spring Native), Terraform and different NLP technologies. Striving to leverage the core building blocks of the cloud and only opting for proprietary cloud based technologies as they make sense.

My focus at Anonyome Labs is to help lead the development efforts of geographically distributed teams of mobile developers to build and deliver products that facilitate anonymity through synthetic identities. Additionally I help establish and enforce process, coach and build individual developers in their career development, and collaborate and manage relationships both internal and external to the companySudo is at the core of the product lineup.
