I believe that English is a possibility for more complex challenges, so I'm improving myself in the language.My day to day involves:- Contact and Relationship with the Manager and / or Area requesting the vacancy;- Alignment / Briefing of the Vacancy Profile with the Manager;- Hunting / Mapping profiles with Linkedin Recruiter;- Approach by telephone to present the vacancy, carry out a Pre-Interview of Interested Profiles;- Elaboration of a simple Opinion on experiences and mild behavioral aspects;- Technical Interview;- Elaboration of more assertive Opinion on Technical and Behavioral Profile;- Accompaniment with the Candidate in all stages of the Process;- Alignment of Remuneration with the Candidate, and carrying out the Pre-Offer with the Candidate;- Execution of the Offer to the Candidate;- Feedbacks.Experience with:Office pack;ATS like Gupy, Compleo, Greenhouse and Vagas.com;
