- Managed assigned contracts in accordance with Commissionaires Ottawa Contract Management Work Instructions
- Determined client’s needs and contract details such as, duration of the contract, contract start date, hours of coverage, qualifications (language, security clearance), number and location of posts, requirement for.
- Participated in the contract renewal, approval process to monitor contract changes and ensured compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, existing Post Orders, labour legislation and collective agreements
- Conducted contract and personnel investigations of Non-Compliance, Grievances and Complaints
- Reviewed non-compliances/grievances/complaints conducted by the Investigator and submitted recommendations to the Chief Operations Officer
