GameChanger is a scorekeeping app for amateur sports. I’m working closely with the Marketing team to improve the way we communicate with our users. Email re-desing and code optimization for mobile devices since our users’ behaviour is to read their email on-the-go. Keeping a consistent look-and-feel throughout flyers, trifolds and other handout assets needed by our Marketing team.Also conduct usability testing for our app’s new features, screening users, session's protocol and script, setting up video and audio recording, quantitative and qualitative analysis of findings.
