•Direct the production planning, and assuring accurate stock levels•Oversee the procurement of raw materials required for manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency•Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards•Lead supply planning and inventory management•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, finance, sales, project manager to align •Coordinate and lead new item launch for production •Work with sales and warehouse management on slow moving items

Create and monitor monthly sales forecast utilizing sales projections, shipment history, promotions and other knowldege collected within the business for Toughbooks. Maintain and adjust forecast through SAP ERP System. Particapate in the monthly demand consensus process and meetings. Monitor accuracy of monthly forecast and take action to improve performance. Interface with factory on short/long term capacity constraints, and assess impact to supply and demand. Manage inventory to comply with business standards and insure inventory meets demand rquirements. Spearhead all efforts when material shortages exist. Work with Engineering and Warehouses to control flow of quality inspections and reworks. Prepare all necessary reports to track sales vs. forecast, factory funding and expenditures.

Responsible for Demand, Supply and allocation planning for Powertools, Hospitality TV, Commercial Microwaves, and Vacs. Analyze sales history, and trends to compile an accurate rolling 6 month demand forecast between sales groups and Product Managers to determine new forecast. Generate demand summary reports for team. Review monthly purchase recommedations from Supply Chanin software to insure maximum sales, acceptable levels of inventory and a minimal amount of risk. Manage distressed and discontinued models to minimize impact to profict and push to accelerate. Responsible of life cycle mangement of all models. Manage virtual warehouse for special allocation requirements. Monitor First Come First Serve Report for product availability. Manage backorder processing.
