Samservicebox was a consortium between the banks in Örebro. Main duty’s was to count the day box corporations had counted from the daily business, put in a paper box and lent over in boxes outside the banks. We counted to make sure all was correct, and made the transaction to the bank account. 1991 was the year the process got computerized with a UNIX-based Siemens solution was implemented.
