• Identified, cultivated and project managed partnerships with corporate and statutory bodies, which raise profile and funds for the Gallery.• Project managed major international partnership Max Mara Art Prize for Women, a biannual awardestablished in 2005. Led contract negotiations with Max Mara, managed budget, employed jury, organised artist shortlist and VIP event, coordinated winner’s (Helen Cammock) Italian residency and exhibitions at the Gallery and Collezione Maramotti. Liaised with multiple international PR teams ensuring extensive press coverage.• Project Managed Nocturnal Creatures, the Gallery’s inaugural, annual festival of contemporary art in multiple off-site venues attracting 7000 people in one night. Secured and stewarded significant corporate sponsorship, created key artist and venue partnerships, coordinated installation and production, oversaw communication campaign and both Gallery and freelance staffing.• Stewarded two-year multi-stranded corporate partnership with Crossrail: permanent Whitechapel Station commission by Chantal Joffe and Art Capital: Art for the Elizabeth Line exhibition.• Led relationships and secured support from key local and international stakeholders including The Aldgate Partnership, Brick Lane Regeneration Partnership, City of London, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, property developers, individuals and all international Embassy relations.

• Curated, fundraised for and produced Nine Elms Chelsea Fringe Festival, a series of exhibitions and performances about horticulture in partnership with Chelsea Flower Show across galleries and the public realm in Nine Elms, the largest regeneration project in Europe. • Commissioned major new work by artist Rachel Champion. • Managed complex partnerships between developers in Nine Elms, Royal College of Art, Garden Museum, Battersea Power Station, four community gardens and artists that work with horticulture.

• Led the gallery through a period of organisational change after loss of NPO. • Created and implemented a multi-stranded, effective fundraising campaign, commissioned artist editions, project-managed programme of exhibitions, residencies and events and managed all communications across projects. • Managed business income and expenditure and a team of assistants and volunteers.
