I worked for Oracle doing the technical launch support of PeopleSoft CRM in o2 Germany.I provided all PeopleSoft 9.0 CRM training for Toll Collect Germany.Installation of the demo CRM 9.0 environments for end users on Windows 2000 using Oracle 10g database. The installation was performed with PeopleTools 8.49.Performed the installation of the migration and testing environment on HP-UX and Solaris 10 using Oracle 10g R2 as the database in o2 Germany.Installed the production environment of the same applications also at o2 Germany. The production environment is distributed in 24 servers: 21 HP-UX 11i, 2 Solaris 10 and one Windows 2003 server.Performed the security hardening of the same production environment on the 24 servers as well.
