In 2019 I managed the transition of our email from Exchange 2010 to Microsoft 365.

    During this period, Kyrus Solutions acquired 2 more companies and we changed our name to Tolt Solutions. As part of the mergers, 2 domain migrations were done, encompassing approximately 30 servers and over 750 workstations. We grew in size to manage 4 data centers, across the country, running in TELX and Peak10. By taking over the maintenance and management of the systems at these data centers the company saved over $20,000 per month using internal resources. SSO (single sign on) was enabled, running on Microsoft Federation Services, making it easier for users to log onto both internal and cloud applications. Implemented a company wide monitoring system, built on PRTG, with over 3000 monitoring sensors, which greatly reduced reaction times to program, system, and network outages. Systems reliability was further improved by continuing the virtualization efforts, and by the end of 2015, the company was 99.6% virtualized with 3 Virtual Center Servers, 34 ESXi 6 hosts running over 450 virtual servers, with fail over for critical systems between data centers. Antivirus and systems management for the entire company was upgraded to run on Microsoft SCCM 2012 r2. Guided the company through a financial migration from Microsoft SL to Oracle.

In IT we implemented a ITIL Service management application for guaranteeing the highest quality services for the company associates.
