J-PAL Southeast Asia is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing poverty through evidence-based solutions and policy outreach. As a research intern, I mainly do:• Assisted two gender randomized evaluation (RCT) projects (Project Unleashed: Reskilling Women and Pre-Marital) in the project development phase; in designing baseline survey research questionnaires and desk research.• Provided on-site support for the piloting field surveys of the IFII project, ensuring accurate data collection through spot-checking.• Performed translation over 15+ research document translations (ENG to ID or vice versa) to support various projects, demonstrating strong language proficiency and attention to detail.

In this role, I managed to lead the external aspect, consisting of four people in the group. In this aspect we mainly do > Did macro analysis for the process making of Rencana Detil Tata Ruang (RDTR) Rancaekek, Kabupaten Bandung. > The analysis includes macro-economic analysis, regional disaster risk analysis, socio-demographic analysis, and regional infrastructure analysis.

In this role, I managed to lead the Kalabahi Bay Residence Project, consisting of four peoples in the group. In this project we do several analysis for the process making of the masterplan of Kalabahi Bay Residence, located in Kawasan Perkotaan Kalabahi, Kabupaten Alor, NTT. The analysis includes, external and internal site analysis comprehensively, develop vision, objectives, and spatial program for a residential site plan, prepare a good and comprehensive residential site plan using appropriate principles and techniques, as well as prevailing regulations, plan infrastructure network for residential site correctly (water supply, drainage, sewerage, solid waste), and estimate the construction cost and selling price according to desire benefits.

Padjadjaran Resource Center on Gender & Human Rights Studies (PadGHRS) is a non-profit organization based in Bandung. Focusing on Gender & Human Rights issues. As an advocacy and counseling staff, I have learned how to manage sexual assault victims and various things about sexual assault issues.

As a Head of the Social, Cultural, and Demographic Aspects of the Planning Process Studio, I managed to lead a group of people consisting of 6 people. > In this aspect, we mainly do the social, cultural, and demographic analysis for the making of Cigugur, Kabupaten Kuningan Facts, and Analysis Report. The analysis includes population size, distribution, growth, composition, employment, migration, urbanization, and social-cultural analysis. > Designed field survey plans and instruments for data collection, including sampling techniques for primary data survey, primary and secondary data collection, field survey process, and survey result analysis.
