Overall responsibility and management of cash flow and fundraising issues- Investor's relations, banks, venture capitals etc. Lead an IPO in the TASE.• Management of all Solor group's M&A activities- Due diligence processes, contracts and execution.• Budget management, pricing, Tax planning and control.• Reporting system management- submission of all relevant financial reports for both private and public Solor Group subsidiaries.• Financial management of Solor Group activity in Germany and supervision of Solor's management companies in Holland. • Submission of applications for IL Chief Scientist R&D investments.Business Development• Development of Solor's global business activities- including acquirement of gas companies in Poland and Romania, real-estate ventures in Poland - in cooperation with Elbit Imaging Group, Romania and Canada.
