Here I was Studying about Guest services at Park reception, Receiving guests, processing their payments, Handling guests complaints, Handling reservations and make followup about their experience in the park. I also learned about Safari guiding in the Savannah park, How to behave while on tour and the way of handling tourists while on tour and the way of answering their questions. And on that time I learned how to sail a boat and organizing boat and maintaining clients safety while they making boat tours, What to consider and how to handle everything during the tour.
