My bachelor's degree in India kick-started my career as a Project engineer which improved my technical and communication skills through hands-on workshop experience. Leaning towards the management side, I was responsible to run effective meetings and deliver presentations which not only helped me acquire a very good knowledge of MS Office but also helped me develop as a team player which boosted my confidence level.With the desire to gain more knowledge in the Project Management department, I applied for a Master's degree in Operational Excellence where I gained the opportunity to combine my techno-management skills with Project Management. Along with this, my master's qualification also covered key areas of study such as a certification of SAP S4/HANA, Leadership, and Change management, and Communication and Negotiation skills. I started my Internship at RUAG Aerospace Structures GmbH in the Project Management department where I handled a €20k start-to-end Project "Implementation of 3D Printer within the Aviation industry" in the later 6 months of my Internship and completed the project with a strong and positive business case. In these 15 months of Project management Internship at RUAG, I supported the Projects which not only enhanced my management and analytical skills required for Project Management but also gave me a brief knowledge about this department.
