It was a 3+ years journey with GDS India ( www.gdatasol.com), An Indian subsidiary of Global Data Solutions Inc an US based company established by the management of Myway Inc. I worked closely with the Global business teams and the rest of the management team and responsible to help create a sustainable framework through which to effectively grown and manage a large sales force and marketing strategies. Being an operations Manager I had to work with a high level of autonomy in an unstructured environment and needed to be able to make rational decisions on a constant basis, involved in high level decision making as well as support in new business development in the form of designing service delivery, high level stake holder management and implementation of the decisions taken. Being able to multitask effectively and make business decisions is crucial while at the same time helping the company create a great work atmosphere. In addition, I was one of the member of the directors board of the Indian subsidiary.

Myway IT( www.mywayit.com) India is an Indian subsidiary on Myway IT Inc, a IL, USA based IT services & recruitments company and I have played vital role in establishing it's Indian subsidiary. I served as a Center Manager- Hyderabad, Indian operations and Director of Myway IT Indian Ltd (DIN:02034079).As a recruitment company center manager my core responsibility was to ensure each one of my client gets served properly and having pleasant experience with us. I was in charge of the entire consulting division and my core responsibilities are not limited to client service and relation ships, building company's profile, new business acquisition and finding the best ways to promote it. on top of it, motivate my teams by setting targets and helping staff to reach them. During this time it was my responsibility that the right people are being selected to work for the clients we serve.

Idexcel ( www.idexcel.com), formerly E2S Corp is an US based staffing & IT services company with 8 offices across north America and 2 office across India. I worked as an associate systems engineer and had to follow the instructions of the senior team members. The site has around 100 systems + VoIPs along with a few servers.

Desktop/Laptop on-site and phone support;Printer/Fax support;Backup system support;-Updating current infrastructure;Deploying new equipment;Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with Help Desk escalation processes.Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe.Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades, etc.Record incident resolutions in the Help Desk tool.Provide enhancement request feedback to IT regarding technology environment and customer needs through the defined processes.Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office 2007 products – Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, NIC’s, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and others as assigned.Monitor daily backups.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts.
