The company was closed in April 2024 due to several reasons, most critical a Corona-loan from EIFO that was non negotiable !! - Key learnings: Don't hire C-level with huge Ego's. They don't have the eyes on the ball.Don't take loans from EIFO during a world crisis, which was too good to be trueDon't contract CTO's that also own a development houseAlways keep fighting, it was very close despite some major bad decisions. Focus on what you are good at and don't be affraid to stop if you get to far away from your core.Closing a company gives more learnings and experiences than making a exit.

Organizing, recruiting and executing bootcamps for Danish SME's and Startups in India on behalf of the Royal Danish Embassy and Innovation Center Denmark under the foreign Ministry of Denmark.Coconut Bootcamp was a 8 day intensive bootcamp in India, with meetings, visits, culture, matchmaking, official dinners and networking with relevant Indian stakeholders, customer and potential partners. 2017: Ed-tech (Delhi, 9 companies)2018: Health-tech (Bangalore, 8 companies)2019: Food-tech (Cancelled in April due to government funding and policies)Note to self: Don't do innovative projects on government funding dependent on policy making.Note to self 2: Travel more to India.

Our vision and ambitions is simple: Make teachers and students daily life more fun, rewarding and without technical frustrations.. We work closely with teachers, schools and startups to promote the best solutions as well as develop our own based on what we are told the teachers and students need. Working on creating a new digital agenda for one of the largest and most established publishers in Denmark. It's a work in process and you better ask the guys who hired me exactly what it is we do.. ;)

I started Restudy 2009 to give students in the Danish educational system a more fun, challenging and motivated school day. The outcome was an online video-portal where we engaged with the best teachers within their subject, made a curriculum of videos and interactive test, and published it in our own adaptive learning platform. Restudy was sold to 60% of the Danish highschools, engaged into the elementary market and franchised to the Netherlands when i exited the company in February 2015.I founded the company and worked as CEO for the first 3 years. As we grew I had different responsibilities, and acted as the COO throughout the almost 6 years and as the CTO after stepping down as the CEO. I was responsible for new business, our technology and the overall strategy for the company and market fit.

Worked primarily an office administrator handling the case management of 200 applications yearly from private land owners that would like to plant at least 10 acres of forest.I also spent my time in the field plantning more than 5.000.000 trees responsible for everything from the crew to logistics and the actual plantning with specialised machines in all terrain. I Co-founded the company with my Dad and younger brother and in the first year we got more than 50% of the total market in DK, maintaining a market lead in all years the company was active.Primenature was shut down in 2012 when the company decided to move on, as the EU-funding which the concept were built on, were removed. In the years PrimeNature existed we raised more than 40.000 acres of Original Danish Forest for more than 2000 Private Land owners in Denmark.
