Achievements: I joined the first research team for AAIS as a senior equity analyst covering the Egyptian real estate sector. I contributed in launching two daily products, namely “Before The Bell” and “EGX Scorecard”. I successfully initiated the coverage of Palm Hills Developments Company, and Sixth of October Development & Investment Company (SODIC) including an analysis for the sector. Also, I provided a back-of-the-envelope valuation using the NAV model for other real estate companies including Heliopolis Housing and Development, Egyptian Resorts Company, Orascom Development Egypt (ODE), and Rowad Tourism (Al Rowad). Achievements: I participated in qualifying the company to launch the first listed real estate fund in Egypt “Egyptians Real Estate Funds” by (1) making a comparison between REIT’s around 22 countries, (2) preparing feasibility studies and valuation for the targeted projects, including a hotel apartment tower with a total built-up area exceeding 70,000 sqm in Maadi and a retail mall with a leasable area exceeding 40,000 sqm in New Cairo, (3) conducting an analysis for real estate sector in Greater Cairo including analysis for demand, supply, prices, performance, and costs across the residential, office, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Achievements: I was one of the Mubasher Research team that contributed in providing a great coverage for stocks in the MENA region. Accordingly, the Department had won the Best MENA Research Provider Award by isf/Global Investor in 2015. I covered some stocks in the real estate, and consumer sectors, including DXB Entertainments, and Emirates Drive in UAE, Dar Al Arkan, and Alandalus in KSA, and Cairo Poultry in Egypt. Moreover, I assisted in launching a new research product called “Hidden Gems Uncovered”, by which we provided successful investment ideas for +32 stocks in the global and MENA region.

Achievements: I participated the investment team in setting the investment policies and managing the assets under management for clients, by preparing and providing fundamental analysis and recommendations for many stocks. I also participated in qualifying the company to be ranked as no. 1 among 10 companies awarded to manage the Equity portfolio of the National Investment Bank. This was thanking to the company’s (1) return on assets under management, (2) size of assets under management, (3) qualifications of employees, and (4) investment policies.

Achievements: I have developed the planning process for the company by setting, in participation with other departments, a budget manual including all required schedules using the MS Excel. This led to a better control of the company’s cash flows and performance. I also supported the management in making decisions by preparing required analysis and providing them with the accurate recommendations.

Achievements: I have participated the accounting and consulting team in providing accounting and management consultations for the firm’s clients. I assisted in developing the accounting systems, control systems, costing systems, and planning processes for manufacturing, and trading companies. I also participated in preparing feasibility studies, including market and financial studies, for some clients.

Achievements: I managed a team in developing the accounting, controlling, and planning systems for the company manually and then computerized. I prepared the feasibility studies for all new product lines. I was appointed the main responsible for qualifying the company to ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP.
