In Charge of CS@BIU Marketing and Marketing Communications, and of boosting Department Brand and its Positioning. Managing Department External Relations, including relations with Schools, IDF Tech Units, Candidates, Alumni and Companies across Industry, and establishing Win-Win activities with target audiences in realms of HR, R&D, Education and PR. Led all activities aimed at increasing student enrollment to Undergraduate and Graduate studies in the Department (from 550 students to 1,100 beteeen April 2017 - October 2019). Responsible for Digital Campaigns, University and Department Open Days, Department Womenday, Presence in Social Media, Department Referral and Excellence Programs, and all other efforts focused on attracting Top Talent, and instilling a sense of Pride in the CS@BIU brand.

Gady established Technion ME Industrial Affiliates Program (IAP). Among other duties, he is in charge of recruiting leading companies to join the IAP, initiating and leading collaborations, managing and constantly developing Faculty Industry Relations and Alumni Relations. Writing and producing Faculty marketing materials, including ME Faculty Newsletter (31 volumes by January 2017) and Industry related press releases. Organizing and producing all Faculty Industry related conferences and events, recruiting sponsorships, scholarships, donations and projects to support Faculty Teaching & R&D efforts. Establishing and managing new activities and programs, including the effort to encourage female students enrollment to the Faculty. Advising and assisting various Technion bodies and Industry in developing and deploying new initiatives in the realm of Industry - Academia Relations, and promoting Students and Alumni employment.

Gady increased the number of Technion CS Industrial Affiliates Program (IAP) member companies from 16 to 34. Among other activities, he initiated and led new collaborations, managed and constantly developed Faculty Industry Relations and Alumni Relations, wrote and produced Faculty marketing materials, and oversaw the production of CS Faculty magazine. Organized and produced all Faculty Industry related conferences and events, recruited sponsorships, scholarships, donations and equipment to support Faculty Teaching & R&D efforts, led the launch of new activities and programs, and managed Faculty Grad students summer internship program. Established foundations for Industrial Affiliates Programs in Faculties of Engineering at Tel - Aviv University and Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Gady’s responsibilities in his primary role of Resource Development at Oranim Academic College, included extensive proposal writing for private and public foundations as well as Jewish Agency and Israeli Government grant requests. Upholding and further expanding external support. Of note amongst these, is the full portfolio of the ‘Masa Israel Journey’ program he prepared on behalf of Oranim, ensuring the College's acceptance to the program. In addition he wrote all project and institutional reports to funding agencies, composed all PR narratives for publications, was in charge of the staff of the Department for World Jewry, the College’s outreach to Jewish Communities and Federations in North America, and supervised all ongoing projects.
