I oversee and/or execute creative conceptualization needs for large client accounts. In my role I analyzes client problems and recommend solutions that ensure problems do not reoccur. I also make recommendations for supplementing staff with casual labor as the project finds necessary.I train new employees ensuring training accuracy of work processes, work instruction and quality requirements.
