Make value stream map for 12 parts and analyze the improve opportunity . Standard work implementation,Implement pull system, include std. work ,VSM analysis ,standard WIP calculation , set up the super market for raw material and finish goods , do simulation for the production , develop KANBAN system, train the relative departments ,calculate the quantity for the supermarket ,tracking all the status. Lead the first trial run item for pull and copy the system to the suppliers to set the pull system with them. Find the quality improve opportunity from production. Together with MBB production and PE team to find the root cause and make the action plan. Lead lean assessment in the factory. Set the lean KPI for the factory according to the actual station of the factory. Communicate with global PEX and push management team to improve the score of the lean assessment.Implement daily management for each area in the workshop. 5S system push. Organize workshop for each area and set the standard for each area. Help to implement TPM and OEE ,participate in the workshop and coordinator between the departments and track the status. Make the process drawing according to design drawing. Make SOP of the process. Continue improve with the process and solve problem.
