While at Wexham Court, I was able to assume the role of subject leader in a number of areas. While there, I designed the Science curriculum; moving away from the then QCA units and to a more creative curriculum. I also introduced topic or themed weeks for Science. As ICT Leader, I instigated the move towards an ICT Suite instead of class-based computers. This was the first time that the school had access to a full network.
