Then each bike is designed on a dedicated software before manufacture.This process allows me to provide high quality bikes that are completely unique.

Internship In The R&D OfficeMatrot Feb 2011 - Jun 2011►Studied the integration of new Euromot 3B engines equipped with emission control technology such as DPF and SCR technology on self propelled sprayers.Within the R&D office, I designed and modified the machines for these more stringent exhaust systems on Solidworks. I dealt with the suppliers to find out the best solutions, launched orders or asked for invoices for new equipment.

Made the pattern, inserts and glass fibre moulds.►Compilation of laminate books for composite parts.I wrote some laminate books detailling the manufacturing process of many composite parts for the Gould GR55 hillclimb racing car.►Set up of a cutting machine.Started a cutting machine, set it, tested it and wrote a tutorial for the use of its command software.
