It's in the field of nanophotonics and particularly in the context of integrated optics. The aim of this work was to study the impact of a SNOM nano-probe on the nanostructure behaviour. This PhD was mostly experimental and was concerned with elaboration of nano-probe for optical microscope, the development of the SNOM optical bench, and the fabrication of optical active nanostructures (semiconductor III/V with embedded quantum wells).

I continued my research on my PhD theme, and at the same time, I taught 88h to the student od the Ecole Centrale de Lyon (France), a top Engineering School.
