I’m a bike enthusiast, passionate about innovation and mobility, constantly seeking challenges where people and technology intersect to deliver meaningful results — both operationally and strategically — always with a focus on the customer experience.I currently split my time between my role at STIB (Brussels Region public transport company) as corporate Innovation Manager and my work as a Strategy & Innovation Consultant.At STIB, I led the launch of our Innovation Lab (innov@telier), working alongside passionate colleagues from all divisions. We use 5-days design sprints to bring colleagues' ideas to life, solve major challenges, and create both customer-centric and employee-centric solutions – while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
