During my experience as a Content Marketing Manager I led the social media team dedicated to Intesa Sanpaolo, to accompany the bank in the evolutive path of its digital presence with strategic directions, content delivery, kpi's setting and analysis. Amongst all the activities, together with the team we have successfully launched new channels (i.e. the official Twitter account and the one dedicated to customer care) and managed them during Expo 2015 Milan, one of the most important sponsorship ever for Intesa Sanpaolo.
