An innovative scale-up with a mission to implement a professional e-commerce product for clients and contribute to their online growth. As a Cross-Functional Account Manager, I conducted product demos, engaged in sales activities, managed client accounts, collaborated with various departments to deliver tailored e-commerce solutions, and provided support to optimize clients' online presence and achieve business goals.

Quicargo is an online logistics & transport platform that offers digital and sustainable solutions for pallet shipping in Europe. Being part of the product team gave me the responsibilities to retrieve great insights from clients by detecting, testing and resolving problems in the online platform. By creating a product roadmap and working in an agile environment, we achieved new milestone developments such as automatic payment systems and integrations for clients. Another focus point was the creation of the landings page together with the marketing team. The completion of the client integrations and automatic payments systems helped with Quicargo’s hypergrowth of 240 % in 2020.

Coordinating different details of an event, such as business meetings/ conferences andmanaging staff responsible for the event are my responsibilities. Being able to deal withunforeseen delays and stress on the workplace. Having a neat and smart appearance,being customer friendly is a must for a personal driver.
