This included a removal and replacement program where exotic water thirsty trees are being replaced with native species that are more suited to the area. • Also, managed on-going upgrades of tee boxes, bunkers and greens. This includes levelling and reshaping to tie in with the course. • Totally revamped of the Par 3 17th, including mounding and reshaping of bunkering. • Installed a gravity fed water catchment from surrounding roads run-off to reduce the cost of pumping water. This also included a series of dams and ponds planted with reeds that remove heavy metals and toxins to filter the water. The system required no pumping and relied on gravity. • Equipment maintenance scheduling and replacement program.• Maintenance of club house and gardens.

The biodiversity of plant species in the Western Cape is under serious threat from invasive alien plant species that not only destroy habitats but also threaten the future of some plant species that only exist in certain areas. By removing the alien species and re-establishing native species you help to conserve not only the threatened species but also create areas where wildlife can thrive. • Supervised irrigation, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, improved coverage of the existing irrigation system where needed, this included a new layout around tees and approaches where wind created problems with coverage. Installed a new irrigation on fairways to improve coverage and efficiency. • Monitored the equipment maintenance schedule and replacement programs.
