• Directly responsible for account retention as well as growth of OEM business by over 300% for 3 years in a row from 1998 – 2000. • Managed the successful engagement and retention of major OEM accounts including Dell, HP, Compaq, Gateway, IBM and others.• Formulated plan for worldwide OEM acquisition and retention strategies including product development, product positioning and pricing. • Played key role in strategic direction of key products by forming strategic relationships and working closely with strategic partners and identifying importance of key technologies. • Managed the relationship of key partners like Intel & Microsoft to implement and deliver solutions for common customer base. Through this partner program, managed and delivered the industries first PC based DVR real-time encode/decode SW application.

Designed and implemented computer network systems for SHL customers.• Architected and project managed the planning and design phase of large NT Server migration project for client Inco. Responsible for handling the day-to-day interface with the customer, as well as planning and managing resources required for the integration and migration task.• Consulted and provided server solutions for the Ministry of Transport Ontario, St. Catherines.• Consulted and provided options to Ontario Hydro (Pickering Power Plant location) with server solutions for upgrading their systems.

Managed and directed the activities of AST system engineering department. • Managing a team of System Engineers, responsible for the acquisition and retention of all large accounts for AST Canada, i.e. BMO, CIBC, Canada Post, and Revenue Canada to name a few.• Managed NMSO government program for AST resulting in successfully placing products in 80% of categories. This program alone contributed to nearly 20% of AST system deployment and revenues on a yearly basis.
