Set up and guarantee the NVH Performances for assigned projects, according to timing and budget related

Develops innovative solutions to meet subjective and objective targets for FCA vehicle programs.Principal Accountabilities:- Use a combination of simulation and test data to develop system concepts and components to meet vehicle program NVH targets in the shortest possible time.- Specify testing requirements with Vehicle Development and where possible, attend vehicle NVH development activities, testing prototype vehicles, analyzing and reporting results.- Development of methodologies to improve simulation to test correlation.- Support function group engineers to ensure that new vehicles meet NVH targets within project budget and timescales.

▪ Design of Body In White components;▪ Vehicle’s lifecycle digital management (through PLM Teamcenter Siemens);▪ Technical Innovation on the Body In White design to achieve the best trade-off among weight, performances and costs;▪ Definition and development of architectural solution on underbody and upperbody;▪ Benchmarking on the BIW competitors to develop alternative solutions.

Prediction of the global dynamic behavior of a wind turbine (ALARM project) adopting multibody simulation approach.▫ Multi-body simulations (LMS Virtual.Lab Motion);▫ FEM Analysis (MSC Patran and Nastran);▫ Modal Reduction (Nastran);▫ Transfer Path Analysis and acquisition data process (LMS Test.Lab).
