Follow all below point with my Implementation mangers:-• Evaluate and choice the suitable project for my company• Integrate the project plan (schedule, milestone, cost, procurement,) • Determined the budget and identify the risk• Direct and managing the project through the communication channels with my costumer and my team • Create work performance report • Send requirement reports as my customer request • Control and monitoring the progress and insure that the work done accordingly to the costumer requirement (plan, quality)• Communicate with my costumer if any change request need• Create work report to my manger as his requirement include but not limited to (progress, staff evaluation, Variance analysis…)• Obtain the acceptance certificate from our costumer • submitted the invoices, and check all remaining claims with our costumer and send the report to my manger• Close all procurement components including but not limited to (subcontractor claims, any incentive, logistic expenses…) • Create lesson learned for the project and final report

Job Description :-Check the site Quality from subcontractor and follow all the remark and snags till clears then prepare the site for pre-acceptance to our customer the job including but not limited to below point:-1. Check the telecom equipment installation according to our customer specs(Antenna, feeder, cables, shelter. ACs, BTS,….etc2. Check the telecom equipment Operation like Link Performance, VSWR, configuration,etc. 3. Check the tower installation like(torque, paint, Aviation specs,design,grounded,,,,etc4. Civil Work (Design and layout, General condition, ground system, fence, backfilling test, draining. concrete,…..etc.5. Support Documentation manger in Preliminary site design files and as built files from preparing till submit to costumer 6. Prepare Monthly and weekly planning for Pre &final acceptance .7. Preparing, follow ,check it and submit the Pre-site design file(PSDF) & As built file8. Estimate Activities duration, control SA package work during the Project executing 9. Follow the SA subcontractors from survey till get the lease agreement with owners10. Follow with costumer from collect survey data and submit the site folder till announcement the sites11. Validate the site survey report including the Radio and Transmission report and follow it till validated from costumer 12. Follow the SA problem before and during the civil work and get the solution till solve the site problem

Job description: -1. Follow with company client to receive all new project and coordinate with client representative for all project steps from scheduling to final acceptance via meeting, email or telephone call.2. Preparing document and quotation for new tenders 3. Coordinate with junior engineer and senior technician during the project for installation/maintenance process (solved problem either technical problem or management problem)4. Coordinate with subcontractor to deliver the project on time 5. Assessment and evaluation for subcontractor6. Prepare for tenders and sure that all devices and material was supplied according to technical specification7. Reporting to project manager.8. coordinator for maintenance project including the preventive and corrective maintenance for power and civil work9. coordinate for ZTE-ZAIN solar system project solution for GSM site 10. coordinator for site survey and site acquisition projects ZAIN-ZTE( MTN PROJECT)
