• Look after overall Quality Control, Research and Product Development activities.• Product development planning for upcoming new products.• Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to prepare the product development brief.• Lead the PD team for the New Product Development Project from concept to tangible product to product launch.• Lead PD team for Existing Product development: Formulation modifications, improvement, new idea implementation, GP% improvement, etc.• New vendor development and cost-saving initiatives.• Lead the quality control team to ensure the standard quality of RM, PM, and FG.• Support the specification development of RM, PM, and FG.• Support method development and validation.• Technical support regarding the factory machine features checking, reviewing, and related issues.• Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.• Communicate with factory QC and production people for smooth, timely, and standard-quality production.• Review and investigate external and internal complaints regarding product quality and other aspects.• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with suppliers to exchange technical know-how for new product development, improvement and cost reduction of existing products, etc.• Handle regulatory-related matters, like BSTI CM License and Packaging Registration, etc.

• Manage and coordinate product development projects through research and arrange trial batches for developing new products.• Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems. • Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification. • Maintain and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints. • Development of procedures and analytical methods to be used in analysis & improved maintenance. • Research product formulations and properties of raw materials.• Establish products specifications and procedures as required for R&D projects.• Improve/modify existing formulations when needed.• Meeting with Brand and Marketing personnel to discuss existing products’ status in the market.

• Support scale-ups from prototype to commercial manufacture particularly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) by analyzing product quality issues and determine corrective actions.• Vendor development for new and existing products & test different parameters of different competitor products along with our own products to check quality in regular intervals.• Review and investigation of external & internal complaints regarding quality & other aspects.• Development of procedures and analytical methods to be used in analysis & improved maintenance. • Inspection of standard operating procedures throughout the factory floor.• Calibration & standardization of measuring equipment of laboratory & production unit regularly.

• Test different specimen samples and active ingredients.• Raw materials Sample collection and analysis according to BP and USP for quality assurance.• Development of procedures and analytical methods to be used in the analysis.• Maintenance and improvement of SOP and GMP.• Inspection of standard operating procedures throughout the factory floor.• Test and analysis of semi-finished and finished products to ensure the standard quality as per specification.

• Preparation of reagents.• Preparation of standard solutions & their standardization.• Calibration of QC equipment regularly and maintaining records.• Calibration and standardization of measuring equipment of laboratory and production unit in regular intervals.• Sample collection and testing of common raw materials and packaging materials.• Test and analysis of semi-finished and finished products to ensure the standard quality as per specification.• Analysis of DM water, soft water, blowdown water, and generator cooling tower water.• Production floor monitoring to ensure quality production.• Preservation of assurance documents and following up the requirements.
