1. Data Management; Developed a monthly data collection and verification Plan, ensured that health facilities are visited, and reports collected, Reviewed IDSR weekly and provided feedback on data quality, completeness and trends performance analysis of every week before it is sent from the field to Juba and supported area health manager on monthly data collection, ensure data are verified before entered to DHIS, NIS and other databases and made sure that the databases are up to date and accurate before exporting or sharing.2. Record keeping; Set up health facilities filing system, and ensured that the files systems are in place and are used throughout the year and made sure that all documents are kept in a proper manner 3. Training; trained clinic heads and relevant health staffs on Monitoring and evaluation tools and made sure that all staffs involved in any data capturing have the relevant knowledge to collect all relevant data.4. Project implementation; Set targets and Share the relevant indicators with the field team and Worked on methodology to measure targets and also monitored the progress on the targets for each donor and in line with the indicators and population figures.5. Surveys and assessment; Organised survey and assessment for Health and Nutrition and collected secondary and primary data which are used to monitor progress, performance and developing up new methodology when the previous one is not providing positive results so that at end of the project we can achieve our targets, Monitored the process of beneficiary selection and made sure that it’s in compliance to selection criteria of the organisation.
