Our Passion for Startups in India, and our mentoring work with them has led to this disruptive startup in the co-working space. We call it Sprout Box. The CoWorking and Incubation Facility has 100 Seats, 2 Conference Rooms, High Speed Internet Access, 24x7 Access to Facility, a list of enviable mentors and a passion for seeing startups succeed. In June of 2017 we have opened our Second Facility at New Delhi, in Okhla Phase 1 adding 300 + Seats to our Network for our CoWorkers and SproutBox Now Operates a Total of 19000 Square Foot of CoWorking Space, between Delhi and Gurgaon.

I have given up the role of being the CEO of the company and am looking at someone else to take over this position. I will now take a back seat in looking at the vision and the new technology products, and services that System 3 will be working with. My Role as The Big Geek will involve selecting technologies and services, that will be at the cutting edge of business requirements. From being the first Indian Hosting Company, the First Indian Website Design Company, the First Indian Data Center Operator, to a Number firsts, I have been at the helm of things, and now is the time to take it a bit easy, and be really close to my core, technology and being a geek.

For 4 Years I wrote a Technology Column for one of the leading Dailies of India - The Hindustan Times, Writing from How-To's, to Getting the Most of technology and at times pure hard core gadget reviews too. The Writing has now come to an end. My Column appeared on Tuesday's in New Delhi Edition and on various other day's across the Country.

I wrote a column for the leading English weekly magazine Open Magazine on Technology and Lifestyle Electronic / Consumer Products. I review technology products for them and try to bring the news from the latest releases each week. Sadly it came to an abrupt end - that is a story to be told another day.

Established in 1924, DCA is having an experience of more than 84 years for patient care. Today DCA can proudly claim that Radiology is their hall mark. My Job as the CTO at DCA is to ensure that the technology roll outs from our PACS to our Hospital and Patient Management System are the best in it's class both in terms of products as well as their implementation.

A technology column called Tech2.0 that startes it's journey back in 2005, has been one of the leading columns followed widely by both tech enthusiasts, as well as normal day to day readers. My column addressed technology and gadget, application and website reviews ensuring that the column was written from a layman point of view, as if a friend was explaining things over coffee.The Column ceased to appear after September 2010 due to a format change at the paper, starting with Express Estates the Saturday Supplement in 2005, I moved to Express Money, a Personal Finance Supplement with the News Paper, moving on to a Column in the Main Paper, and eventually to EYE a pull out magazine with the Indian Express every sunday.

Outlook Business is nearly an year old and a very well positioned magazine aimed at the next entrepreneur and the business man on the move. Pitched rightly it could be called the Business week of India. I write a technology column called Life Tech which deals with issues, solutoins and insights for a small business, consulting firm, to an individual trying to setup shop, to leverage technology as his cutting edge.

After my days at Data Pro I joined my Father's production / Printing Company and Assisted him as a Senior Partner in designing processes and production environments. I had my calling for IT Services, and left and resumed my position withPilot Engineers (Reincarnated to System 3 in August of 96).

Post Graduation I wanted to spend some time learning the tricks of the Corporate world, and also wanted to expose myself to corporate Trainings. Datapro was a good opportunity to learn these tricks.I was responsible for coure structure and Corproate Trainings on Microsoft Platforms, and also was a part of the core team to launch Windows 95.

Started with My Mother, Pilot Engineers was the first IT Services company in the Country. We were the first civilians to import Computers (Mini's) into India and started our work offering Data Processing, and Data Analytics to Companies in the Country. I was responsible for writing programs and working with our customers on Applications developed for Financial Fraud Detection, IPO Lead Running / Share allocation and Payroll. I had to Quit my role in 1990 when I had to leave for College at Pune. My Work involved working with Burroughs B20 Mini's Networked with each other, leading me to understand my earlier basics of networking which helped me in my future.
