Responsible for implementation of Project Controls Execution Plan.

Responsible for Estimating of all Power Global Business Unit projects

Provide technical guidance, training, auditing and staffing support to the Estimating organization. Responsible for managing estimating functional departments within Nuclear and Fossil business segment of Power global business unit. Responsible for evaluating project execution plan and risks associated with scope requirements. Recommend level of contingency and risk required for management decision. Participate in development of proposal and project execution plans.

Prepare and review the preparation and presentation of general and/or discipline estimates. Responsible for conceptual estimating, cost analysis and estimate planning, coordination and consolidation. Responsible for directing the cost estimate effort on a major project or on multiple small projects. Provide estimating assistance and guidance to the projects. Perform department organizational and administrative activities when delegated. Provides direction to others on project/program level tasks.

Outage Manager for Bechtel at the U1R33 Extended Power Uprate Project at Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant. Responsible for planning and implementation of the pre-outage/online and outage scope.

Responsible for implementing project controls tools in accordance with Project Controls Execution Plan for U2R31 and U1R33 Extended Power Uprate Project at Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant

Responsible for Planning and Scheduling of the EPC of 760 MW Coal Fired Super Critical Trimble County Unit 2 Power Plant.

Responsible for planning and scheduling of new coal fired units to be designed, procured, constructed and commissioned in Texas for Texas Utilities. However, the projects were canceled due to regulation changes pertaining to reducing emissions from power plants.

Responsible for planning and scheduling of EPC project of Nuclear Steam Supply System Refurbishment Project at Fort Calhoun Nuclear Generating Station. The most improved delivery project. Planned the work and delivered the work better than the plan.

Responsible for delivery of estimates for proposal development work.

Responsible for setup and maintenance of Cost program for Steam Generator Replacement Project at Palo Verde Units 1&3. The Project was time and material contract, while the Unit 2 had been completed as a Lump-sum. Additionally, responsible for formation, administration and close out of many subcontracts for the same project.

Responsible for Construction planning and scheduling of the Steam Generator Replacement Project for Palo Verde Unit 2, the largest Nuclear Generating Station in US.

Responsible for Construction planning and scheduling of Steam Generator Replacement Project for South Texas Nuclear Operating Commission Unit 2. The fastest replacement project delivered in US.

Responsible for Design and Procurement planning and scheduling of the Steam Generator Replacement Project at Palo Verde Unit 2, the largest Nuclear Generating Station in US.
