*Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance.* Acquisition and purchasing international orders.* Plan and coordinate all international products acquisition.* Plan and coordinate all international and national logistic including Cross Trade.* Cash flow and incoming & Outgoing payments control.* Intermediation between the designers, suppliers and production.* Control and inspect the quality of the production at the suppliers factories in India & Abroad.* Preparing & Participating high quality tender.* Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.*Coordination with the existing clients for the new orders and payments.*Research and explore potential global market for our products i.e. Rice, Suji, Maida, Poha and Dalia etc., and prepare report on products and region basis and identify the untapped markets for our products.*Identify,and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them and generate export sales for company.*Negotiate with the International Buyers and convince & persuade them to execute sales and the quotation to them on FOB, CNF &CIF Basis.*Preparation of Proforma Invoices / Sales Contracts for all buyers.*Preparation of Export documentation (Pre-shipment & Post Shipments) for different containerised as well as bulk shipments.* Execution of complete export cycle.
