I have been coaching groups, individuals since 2015. This is my passion, as much as this is my profession. A big part of my profession is continuing fitness / wellness related education and research based studies to keep me ahead in my game. That being the fact, I have multiple licenses to train Group Aerobics, Personal Training, Combat training, Functional training, Strength training, Pilates, Zumba, Strong By Zumba, Zumba Toning, Step Zumba, Kettle Bell, HIIT and my next goal is Yoga Training. I believe in keeping it simple, sustainable, fun and relatable and that has helped me make strong and long lasting relations with my clients.
