Overall responsibility for In Process ( Weld Shop) & Final Inspection Quality.In process rejection analysis and corrective action.To lead the red bin activity in the plant.Ensure calibration & validation of gauges & other measuring instruments.SPC of critical characteristics as per plan.Customer complaint analysis and action taken.To monitor the effectiveness of action taken against customer complaint.Ensure effective corrective action implementation against the NC observed in Process & Product Audit and Internal Quality Audits.Preparing presentation for management review meeting (MRM). Conducting & leading the QAV-I & QAV-II Audits of HMCL.Facilitate the Quality Circle activity in the plant.Develop & Implement World Class Manufacturing Practices on shop floor like Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Suggestion, 5S, Work Standardization.Operator training about Kaizen, critical operation & parts & customer complaint. Overall responsibility for In Process ( Weld Shop) & Final Inspection QualityIdentifying In the quality improvement areas in operation and initiating quality standards and substantially contributing to Kaizens, Pokayoke Visual display, and limit sample. Conducting process QAV to ensure defect free supply at our end. Preparation of CAPA for Customer Complaint. Active participation in 5S system implementation by leading process zone. Successfully driving all ACMA related activities. Good knowledge on welding concepts, design review, buy offs and skill to conduct trails and improve the sub assembly accuracy. Experience on understanding quality problems, carry out root cause analysis and countermeasure skills using QC tools. Experience on handling instruments and line set up i.e., single piece flow line concept, fool proofing etc. Analyze process data to assist in solving complex quality problems. Carrying out process audits,peak production verification trials. Coordinating the inspection activity within plant to ensure product requirements are met as per requirement. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system in process. Attending the weekly meeting with management and Develop training on parts quality to build quality awareness.
