I will handle Statutory compliance like EPF ,ESIC,Gratuity,PT,TDS, and I do monitoring day tot day HR-Activities I will do maintained monthly basis reports generation. I will be prepare new joining employees of eggegment letter and also prepared with contract with agreements letterI will monitoring administrative and statutory records, registers and files and personal files were maintainedI have to informed to all employees with statutory compliance and regular feedback was obtained and informed to HR Manager from time to time.
