Global Technical Lead Database TowerThe Global Technical Lead has operational responsibility for Oracle database and Replication service delivery activities for the Services group of BFSI Client. The role is responsible for ensuring that database services to the Client are delivered in line with the contract and the agreed SLAs. The Global technical Lead is accountable for customer satisfaction within the Client environment and provides leadership support to the Senior Accountants responsible for the Services group of BFSI Client. The role is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the IBM staff working on the Client contract on shore, ensuring that the resourcing and capability is appropriate for delivering a high quality database service to the client.
