To define reflow profiling and stencil manufacturing according to different product.To troubleshoot the breakdown that comes in machines and maintains the records of breakdown maintenance.Calculate OEE to equipment perform.Knowledge of LED products manufacturing process like that square down light, round down light, led batten, panel light, led bulb and electronic ballast etc. Make the complete product as per bill of material (BOM).To implement customer change request orders in product.To create and define the process flow and work instructions of manufacturing for each product and continuously update with ISO standard Revision.Maintain the WIP inventory on daily production basis.Make daily & weekly production plan according to the requirement.Follow the Batch production on production line.Follow day to day shortages and achieved production target as per plan, control work on the shop floor, Set-up time reduction & rework reduction.To ensure that process planning with min. cost & max. speed for optimum production is achieved as per the norms. Responsible for optimum utilization of machinery, raw material, consumable items.Study the machine capabilities in advance and plan for outsourcing in case of production plan is more than machine capability.Maintain safety and quality on shop floor for smooth production operations.Prepare MIS report for workmen, productivity, consumables, raw material, rejection and downtime. To provide technical training to Trainee Engineers & operators .To coordinate with purchase dept. for raw materials planning.To coordinate with R&D dept. to shortout the product related problems. Scheduling purchase of equipments and consumable items for continuously production.Regular inspection & monitoring of production area for maintaining 5S.
