• Strategic Planning, Process Management, Resource Optimization, Quality Assurance and Test Automation for the team• Continuously monitoring whether Test Automation Tools with industry benchmark• Creating Test Strategy Document , Monitoring Test Automation and creating reports out of it.• Lead and develop best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations, managing teams and projects across the business.• Leading the test and automation teams to successfully deliver for projects in all areas for Piramal Retail Finance.• Leading and innovating in every aspects especially in test functions like test planning, baseline stability, regression, performance and scale testing • Excellent leadership in understating and effectively planning right automation in each of the above test areas to balance run-time with return on investment to provide right test value.• Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the business to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards• Monitor project progress throughout project life cycle, communicate project status effectively to senior management through reports, presentations, and individual meetings.• Excellent and thorough in what I do, champion of quality process, promoter of continuous process improvements, innovations and value-adds in everything we do.• Team is responsible to work with product team, design team and DEV team till deliver to production• Leading a team of around 50 people working in different pods of FTEs and ContractorsPeople and Talent- Attract and retain the best talent in key positions • Plan Succession / Progression for Team/ reward and recognition• Encourage all team members to contribute to innovation program• Collaboration and co-planning with various other peer functions to achieve the set goals for the products and releases.
