I was also responsible for cleaning and janitorial duties for work area; including vacuuming, cleaning windows, cleaning counters, dusting, other cleaning duties. Behind the counter I assist with driver dispatch control; co-coordinating rush and non-standard order preparation, manifests, and delivery times. Includes procedures for locating missing items. I also do delivery vehicle operations such as dropoff/pickup of specialty items (disaster restoration and insurance claims, hotel rush orders, etc), transport of items between main shop and satellite locations, and to assist and coordinate vehicle maintenance requirements, as required.Because I work all opening hours, I manage dry cleaning order flow control; detailing/adding/correcting order tickets, managing plant order inventory, customer storage racking/tracking operations, loading/unloading of transport vehicles, and additional inventory control.I also work in other departments doing clothing and coverall repairs; including zipper replacement, button replacement, hole patches, basic alterations, and name tag/logo additions.
