Electrical Harness & Integration ( EHI )• Suppoerted on the Harness design and routing for DSB (Denmark Metro).• Handled the Designing baseline for Trailer cars (TC) of TGV (High Speed Passenger Train)NEO Advance Industrialization ( NEO AI )• Developed a Macro to automate the Quality Check process for Harness manufacturing deliverables which leads to 100 % KPI for 2 projects Perth and Marseille.• Responsible for Harness Jig Board Designs and smooth flow of processes and documentation from Design to Manufacturing for TGV( High speed passenger train ) and CITADIS (Tram).• Worked on Harness Retrofit ( FMI ) activities for Perth Metro Project.• Responsible for several Continuous Improvement Projects for AI team.

• Responsible for Harness Jig Board Designs and smooth flow of processes and documentation from Design to Manufacturing for TGV( High speed passenger train ).• Underwent extensive trainings on 8D Analysis, engineering drawing, several Train subsystems like braking & traction fundamentals along with softwares such as CATIA, Enovia DMA and SEE Electrical Harness Manufacturing suite.

• Served as the Vice-President of IMAGES, an NGO registered under Chandigarh Administration since 1991.• Recruited and mentored students through well-planned fortnightly informal meetings and formal General Body Meetings (GBMs).

▪ Responsible for all the Design Validations for the team.▪ Author for the Design Report for our student styled formula car KC19.▪ Designed Wheel Assembly with flexible mounting points that could handle all the forces generated while braking from 60kmph to 0 within 5m.▪ Our team scored 31st overall, 30th in design and 4th in business presentation in 2019 competition.

▪ I was part of our college SUPRA team. SUPRA SAE India is a national level event in which teams from various colleges across India design and fabricate their student F1 car. It is collegiate level design event in which teams across the nation participate and put their engineering knowledge to test and compete against each other with their formula cars. The event comprises of static events like Business Presentation , Cost Evaluation, Design Presentation and various dynamics events like skid pad, autocross, endurance run.▪ Our team scored 32nd overall, 28th in design and 13th in business presentation in 2018 competition.

▪ Worked as an Intern in P.E Department on a project aiming to improve the Manpower Productivity through waste elimination in direct areas.▪ Worked on a Brownfield Project for new Line Setup & Layout modification under BSVI transition.

▪ Lead the team of 20 members as the Design Head for the tri-city level annual event, IMPULSE'18, which saw a footfall of 1000+ people.▪ Responsible for the design of all the event posters, pamphlets, marketing brochures, standees and flex.
