As a Systems Administrator at Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), I manage various cloud and network technologies that support the organization's mission to improve global health and save lives. I have over 8 years of experience in this role, and I am certified in Box, Microsoft and VMware, three of the leading platforms in the industry.Some of my key responsibilities and achievements include providing SAML-based authentication for different apps like Box (cloud storage), working on VDI, VMware ESXi Servers, Exchange, AD and configuring and troubleshooting DFS. I also have extensive knowledge and skills in Windows Server, Linux, Office 365, and Windows 10/MAC. I am the project lead of Box and Okta, and I enjoy collaborating with other IT professionals and stakeholders to deliver efficient and secure solutions.
