Currently am working for the "Known Issue Rollback" project, improving and managing the group policy pipeline deployed in Azure. Through Azure functions and ADO integrations, we are making the pipeline more resilient and optimised for the increased adoption of KIR across multiple windows platforms and user scenarios.Before this I worked for Silicon Platform servicing team in Windows that handles shipping of security and servicing updates for Windows inbox bus drivers (HID, SPI, Bluetooth etc), Plug-n-Play manager, Power management framework (PoFx) and WDF extensions. Our team handles all in-market windows products (all flavors of Win11, Win10, etc).

GHE works in solar microgrid installations in the remote villages of Ladakh, funded through expeditions and CSRs. My role was to lead a small team to ideate and develop technological solutions for the unique requirements. I was responsible for end-to-end execution and on ground deployment of these solutions.

In 2016, alongside GHE expeditions, we launched 'Mountain Homestays'; a unique initiative in Ladakh that focused on rural development in the remote villages of Ladakh. The concept was to create high class accommodations in the villages and curate authentic experiences for the travelers. I was responsible for end-to-end operations, both on-ground and online, which included homestays setups, CSR partnerships, SOPs for handling bookings/tours, and also the marketing aspects: branding, customer interactions and social media campaigns. It was a comprehensive experience of setting up a new business from scratch and interactions with multiple stakeholders for its success.
